Fully fenced secure Property in Avon head Christchurch, 5min to Christchurch Airport, 3min for public transport, and shopping malls, 15min to university of canterbury. Restaurant, bars, and takeaways all within 5 mins. ( free Airport pick up drop off depending on times)
I'm Craig a 56yr male self employed in automotive industry. Very friendly & enjoy meeting people from other cultures, I have traveled to many countries with my business. Singapore. Japan, Asia, Ireland, USA, Philippines, Mexico, Saigon, plus more. Really enjoy other cultures. I have 2 pure breed Burmese cats, indoor only, they are adorable & love company. The house is 5 bedroom including studio unit, I have 2 spaces available, studio unit, plus really large room inside main house directly opposite bathroom. So max people at one time would be three, 2 in main house and 1 in Studio unit. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Happy to show you around Christchurch & recommend some good travel spots.

Semi-self contained sunny warm bedsit for rent. Separate from main house! Gets sun all day. Very clean and tidy, recently refurbished for new person.
Cooking facilities, oven with hot plates, microwave, BBQ, cooking utensils, etc
Shared Bathroom & laundry located in main house, access to these facilities is separate from the occupier.
