There are currently 2 rooms available to rent. Bedroom 2 is slightly larger and more private so is charged at $330 per week and has plenty of storage space. Both rooms have their own bathroom. Bedroom 2 is suitable for couples at a cost of $50 extra per week. Large modern home with a view of Lyttelton Harbour and the surrounding hills. High spec kitchen which is a joy to cook in. Also has a pool to cool off in if you are here in summer and a gym room if you are feeling energetic. Plenty of off street parking if you have your own vehicle. Ten minute walk down the hill to bus stop. Price includes power, gas and internet. Lots of walking tracks and beaches nearby.
