Homestay in Woolston

I offer a cosy, peaceful home in Woolston. I enjoy reading and studying, usually with a bit of music in the background. It’s also a place where family and friends regularly gather. I’m in my late 40s and work in youth and community-focused roles. I’m occasionally based at home, but most days am at an office in town.

The house has two living areas, so there’s plenty of room to enjoy your own space as well as shared spaces to relax or chat. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and happy to be part of a shared household—not in a "chores list" kind of way, but someone who naturally cleans up after themselves and contributes to keeping the house pleasant for everyone.

I have one bedroom available for either short- or longer-term stays. You’ll be sharing with me and my very friendly six-year-old cat. The house is fully furnished, and the bedroom includes a queen bed and double wardrobe. The house gets lots of sun, has one shared bathroom and a fireplace. We’re directly opposite a park with tennis courts, a swimming pool, playgrounds, and a running track.

The weekly cost includes room, power, unlimited wifi and breakfast (cereal, bread, and spreads).
