Homestay in Redwood

Hi There,
I have two rooms available sharing with myself, my little Dog and Kitten.
One is a double bedroom and the other a King Single, both rooms are nicely furnished, comfy and peaceful.

The property is a quiet, secure, large back section, with Fruit and vegetables growing over the Summer months.

The 125 bus stop stops at the gate, running from Redwood to the Airport then Halswell every 20 minutes, the green orbiter busline runs to the Canterbury University. Buses also run directly into the city.
I also have a bicycle if you'd like to use it you can.
Buses are approximately 10 minutes to Northlands shopping Centre in Papanui where you can catch connecting travel to CCEL and the University or the City Centre.

The House is large with two living areas.
The bathroom is shared and separate toilet. It has a very warm log fire and a heat pump whilst over Summer the property has plenty of sunshine.

Ten minutes to Northlands Mall, Northwood shopping area, the Airport and the Beach. Whilst the city is fifteen minutes away.

I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting and helping every single person.

Rent,board is negotiable depending on your requirements.
It will be more including regular Dinners.
