We are a family of 4. The room is north facing and at opposite end of house to our bedrooms. Freshly painted and carpets cleaned. Shared bathroom and toilet with our family. You must be OK with a cat who likes to spend time in that room! Orbiter and 44 bus stops right outside the gate
