Homestay in Christchurch for $250 per week

I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Bryndwr , Hooker Avenue. I live in the ensuite and there are 3 other rooms to rent .They will share the main bathroom. I will provide fresh linen. They will do their washing. I can help with washing if they need. wifi unlimited, netflix available. fresh linen provided . New beds , room heating. I prefer if they don't can provide a toaster, kettle, and microwave, if they want to make noodles, coffee ect. Breakfast is provided something like serial with milk , lunch will be like a sandwich, and dinner will be vary. Fridge space and shelf is a brand new clean modern house. closer to the Burnside high school and University of Canterbury.
