About this homestay
I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Bryndwr , Hooker Avenue. I live in the ensuite. my daughter (24) lives in one room and there are 2 other rooms to rent .They will share the main bathroom. I will provide fresh linen. They will do their washing. I can help with washing if they need. wifi unlimited. New beds , room heating. I can provide a toaster, kettle, Fridge space and shelf space .it is a brand new clean modern house. closer to the Burnside high school and University of Canterbury.
The rent is $200 per week including the power bills .
