Homestay in Prebbleton

House is a newly built (June 2026) modern property in the charming village of Prebbleton, Christchurch. House has three bedrooms, two lounges, and two bathrooms. You may share the bathroom with guests or another flat mate. House is well insulated and is warm with central heating into every room.

House is owned by a friendly working couple in there early 30’s and two friendly dogs (Shiba Inu and Samoyed).

House is 30 minutes to the closest bus stop, 20 minute drive or 30 minutes via bus to the city bus exchange and Ara institute of Canterbury from the bus stop, 10 minutes to Lincoln from the bus stop or an 8 minute drive.

We are able to provide a bike for your personal use.

Power and internet (unlimited Fibre broadband) is included and we can provide meals (breakfast and dinner) for an extra $100.
