8 yr old sunny home in new subdivision of Halswell (Longhurst)
Fully insulated & heated.
The room has a king single bed, desk and large wardrobe, use of the 2nd bathroom (we have our own bathroom)
Towels and bedding included.
I do have a large room with a Queen bed for 2 people, that is $350 per week no meals. If you want breakfast and dinner it's $450 for a couple.
Walking distance to cafes, dairy, dentist, physio, restaurant's, pub - 1 min.
bus to city every 10 mins, 1 min walk from house.
We are a quiet mature couple. I am a retired Early childhood teacher. hubby an Engineer at the airport, now working caual. Kids have flown the nest but are still close by. We have 6 grandchildren, 6-16 yrs of age.
We've hosted lots of international students. Laundry done, room and bathroom cleaned once a week.
Rent also includes WIFI and Netflix etc. You are very welcome to Join us for family social events, local walks, trips into the city and the weekly pub quiz.
