About us:
We are a couple with no children.
We speak English, Dutch, Japanese, Cantonese and some Mandarin Chinese.
Our house is warm and dry, bright and full of big-sized windows with a view over the sea.
We live on Clifton Hill with a good view of Sumner Beach.
We occasionally have a dog staying with us for several days or weeks.
You will enjoy the super high-speed broadband internet that we have.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
We live upstairs with our own bathroom and toilet.

Transportation:
We are on bus route number 3.
This bus goes through Central City, past the University of Canterbury to the airport.
The bus stop is a 15-minute walk down the hill from our house.
It takes around 45 minutes from the bus stop with no changes on bus number 3 to Canterbury University.
If you have a car, you can park in front of our house on the street.

Pricing:
The pricing of $240 (NZD) a week, includes utilities without food for one person.
The deposit is one week's pricing.

Laundry:
We have a washing machine and dryer. If the weather is good, you can hang your laundry on the line to dry.

Filtered air:
Our house is equipped with an HRV system that circulates the air and filters the air from outside into the house.
This provides the home with fresh air.
No dust, or allergies, good for people with hay fever or other respiratory conditions.
