Large double room available with queen bed, desk, drawers, and small wardrobe. Breakfast supplied, other meals are negotiable if happy to contribute towards food.

Located close to the city, 20-25 mins walk or 5 minutes by vehicle. Orbiter bus route, 2 minutes walk and the beach is about 5 kms away were you will find the New Brighton Hot Pools, cafes, pier and library.
The home is private with great indoor/outdoor flow to a well established beautiful garden. I have two small good natured dogs who love attention. There is a park across the road and the Avon River near by, great place to go for walks or cycle around the river.
