Homestay in Wigram for $250 per week

Looking for some students for our homestay for a longer period.

- Great location and closer to shops, buses etc.

- University if Canterbury is close by as well.

- No pets, no smokers, and be ok with a toddler in the house.

- We have 2 rooms which will be available from the mid or end of February 2022 til whoever you need it.

- You will be using the main bathroom and toilet, and if there’s a second boarder then it will be shared between you two.

- Bedrooms will have a bed, built in wardrobe to store your clothes, and a desk for study as well. Can accommodate if you need anything else.

- Ideally looking for longer period but can accommodate to shorter periods as well.
