About this homestay
Well located newish house with spacious clean rooms separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower. One sunny double bed room. There is also a twin bedroom or a comfortable fully set up for study alcove for a student. As all these bedrooms are upstairs the occupier virtually has their own living area and separate entrance. House in Upper Riccarton Bush Inn area . Handy to buses to Lincoln University and no 5 bus and others to town. Near Canterbury University . There is plenty of room for quiet study. Upstairs has a bench with a sink ,fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, hot water jug. Charges include, washing, vacuuming, cleaning, change of bed linen weekly, dinner and breakfast, ample bedding, electric blanket, desk, desk light, desk, wifi, car off street parking. I lack time to provide lunch but the homestays usually provide their own.
