Homestay in Hoon Hay

I have a warm modern 2 story house in Hoon Hay with parking provided. Two light, spacious bedrooms upstairs with queen beds plus a single in one room, electric blankets, all linen, bedroom suites, wardrobes, mirrors, and heaters, towels, facecloths etc. Desks with chair in each room provided if required.
The kitchen, dining and living room with TV, is open plan. Dishwasher. There is a separate lounge which also has a TV.
2 bathrooms - 2 showers, 2 toilets.
Bus stop is 5 mins away, going to town. Car parking available onsite.
Pioneer Stadium is close for those who like swimming, gym and various excercise/palates classes etc. Christchurch Adventure Park is close by and the Gondola and Lyttelton are short drives.
$200 single person per bedroom. Couples negotiable.
Includes breakfast/tea/coffee, condiments and electricity, unlimited wifi and clothes washed/ironed.
Meals can be provided on request.
I may be able to pick up from the airport depending on the day.
This is a quiet, relaxed, easy going environment for you to relax in or study.
