Hi. We live in a modern, warm & comfortable home built in 2004. It is a short bus ride from town & Riccarton Mall. The bus to town is a 3 min walk & to the orbiter bus to uni & malls is a 5 min walk. Barrington Mall is a 3 min walk. We have a lovely cat Dolly who loves to sleep with anyone who will let her in their room.

Your bedroom is one of 2 upstairs. There is an extra separate lounge and an open area with a table to use. Bathroom and separate toilet.

We are typical kiwis & eat simple food. Its help yourself to cereals & toast for breakfast :)
