Hi, I’m Gary. I’m an international student currently studying English at Ara Institute of Canterbury in Christchurch.

I’m looking for a comfortable and friendly homestay where I can stay for a longer period. I would prefer a self-catering arrangement, as I normally prepare my own meals, so access to the kitchen and basic cooking facilities would be important for me. I also need internet access.

I’m respectful, tidy and easy-going. I’m happy to follow the house rules and respect the host family’s privacy and personal space. I would also be happy to have a friendly relationship with my host and enjoy occasional conversations.

I hope to find a welcoming and relaxed home with convenient access to Ara and public transport.
