3 bedroom 2 story large apartment, located in Somerfield/Sydenham, 5 min drive to city centre, bus stop right outside the house, located behind a large beautiful park.
Medium size room with sliding door, and large wardrobe, gets the sun all day. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom and large open living and kitchen area.
Looking for a respectful, quiet and VERY clean female homestay. $300 per week including bills and a cooked meal Monday-Thursday evenings. 🥘 $200 deposit.
Sharing with a very friendly working mum 38yrs & two older teens who are very respectful and quiet. We are a female only household who are a fun and positive family unit & want someone who’s of the same nature.
