We are at a pretty quiet flat located in Casebook at a cul-de-sac with a reserve across the road
Looking for 2x flatmates to rent my fully furnished rooms.

Rent is $170 pw for room 1 (free) & $160 pw for room 2
utilities will be split evenly Bond is 2 weeks rent
You will be sharing a bathroom (and toilet) with each other (currently unoccupied) and when there are guests
