Hello My name is Sammy I have a one double bedroom available in our modern new built townhouse. House is fully equipped with modern amenities. You will be sharing bathroom, kitchen .No meals included in the rent but You are welcome to cook for yourself. Plus you'll have access to the living Room and outdoor patio etc. Rent is $250per week included everything (power, wifi , breakfast)
