Homestay in Saint Albans

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful flatmate to join our home. Ideally, you’ve got a steady job and enjoy a calm, clean living space. We’re a quiet household—not into parties—just looking to live with someone easygoing and considerate.

The house is spacious with a big open kitchen, three toilets, two bathrooms, and a sunny outdoor area with a table—great for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down. We like to keep things clean and comfortable. Plenty of off-street parking available.

We’ve got two rooms available:

Downstairs Room – Comes with its own toilet (just opposite the room). You’d share the upstairs bathroom.

Upstairs Room – Has a heat pump for year-round comfort.

Both rooms are fully furnished with a queen bed frame, tallboy, and bedside table. Just bring your own duvet cover.

We’re ideally looking for a female flatmate. We want the house to feel like a home, not just a flat. No regular guests or one-night stands—this isn’t the place for that.
