Welcome! Our house is within walking distance to University of Canterbury, church corner supermarkets and many bus stops. We have a double bedroom and two single bedrooms available at the end of August. We have living room, kitchen, one bathroom, two toilets, laundry room full of furniture. Living room includes dining table, sofa, TV && internet, aircons. All bedrooms including beds, desks, wardrobes. Kitchen includes microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dish washer. The laundry room includes washing machine. A deck with outside table and chairs extended living room for you to enjoy sunshine and private gardens.
