Homestay in Redwood

20 years experience hosting international students. Still have contact with many of them on facebook and they always visit if they return to Christchurch. I am a working professional in the Financial Sector. Husband is a Contractor. We live within walking distance to St Bedes and bus to Papanui High. 15 mins bus to city centre. Will take a teenager from 14 years and older. Would also suit mature traveller. We do family outings to include students.
Meals are provided. Make your own breakfast and lunch (food provided) Cooked dinner in evenings, eaten at table with family. Great opportunity to connect and improve English if English is second language. We have a small friendly Pomeranian. Unlimited WIFI included. Room comes with a desk, chair, bed and brand new bedding. It is warm, thoroughly insulated as we have just finished renovating our home. It is like brand new. You may look for "cheaper" homestay but with us you get experience, all costs included and I dedicate time to communicate with students and sight see if appropriate. This is very valuable for a homestay student so they get the best experience they can, are safe and secure. I am also happy to communicate with parents of homestay student to reassure and give progress updates. We are not "just renting a room for the money"
