Hello.

We very much look forward to meeting you, welcoming you into our home and showing you around our beautiful garden city here in Christchurch, New Zealand!

Our home is walking distance to ARA, 5 minutes drive to the CBD.

We have two bus stops near by:

Bus No. 8
Brougham Street bus stop is 200m from our home & a 6 minute bus ride into the CBD interchange. This service also runs to & from the airport.

Waltham Road bus stop is 500m from our home & a 7 minute bus journey into the CBD interchange.

I am 33 years old and married to my wonderful husband Dan .Together we have our two beautiful children, 4 year old son and 18 month old daughter.

We also have a 6 year old whippet dog called Porsha. She is small/ medium size short haired dog. She spends most her day following the sun around the house, napping. Although she is not technically hypoallergenic she does have short hair and a thin coat so no strong dog smell etc.

I work 20 hours across 4 days per week in the CBD while the children are at daycare for a few hours. I have Friday's and weekends off.

Dan is a contractor, working on large construction government anchor projects. He has weekends off.

Together as a family we enjoy walking or biking through the port hills / adventure park in the weekends. We would love to include you in our family activities!

We can provide you a safe and comfortable family environment for you to come, enjoy and relax while studying or travelling and experiencing the kiwi life!

Dinners can be negotiated at an additional charge of approx $290 per week.

We live in a 4 bedroom townhouse, 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets. We have one room available.

Very happy to help with bus route info, setting up mobile phones and bank accounts.
