Homestay in Beachgrove for $240 per week

Hello, We have two furnished double room available from April 11th for $240 per room.

Room has a wardrobe, double bed, bed side table, lamp.
Shared bathroom (under floor heater system).
On road parking. There is a shared kitchen and living space down stairs and the use of the small home gym (if you like keeping strong 💪)

You will have a shelf in the fridge and a shared shelf in the freezer, an area in the pantry and space for your pots and pans.
We have a washing machine in the garage.
(BBQ area 😋 👌 😍 outside)

We are looking for a person or couple who are clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces and clean up after themselves. This is a quiet house not a party house.

Kaiapoi's proximity to Christchurch is ideal for people seeking a peaceful lifestyle within commuting distance.
There is a spacious backyard deck to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. To travel by bus into Christchurch you have the options of the number 1 and 95 there is also a commuter bus (92) operated Monday to Friday.
There is also a fantastic cycle lane into the CBD or Rangiora.
We have quick access to the motorway from here and we're less than 5 minutes drive to the beach. Close to the Kaiapoi and Waimakariri rivers for fishing.
