One bed studio unit with lounge , ensuite, kitchenette, fully furnished private back yard area , clothesline , laundry in main house. Unit is at back of main house secure and private with alarm system , power included .
Owners are retired, unit redecorated as was occupied for 10 years , previous occupant purchased own property .
Kitchenette has all basic equipment but will be added to, too suit requirements of future occupant .5 mins walk to bus to city or Orbiter which travels to university and all major malls in Christchurch. Laundry in main house. Photos coming , finishing off renovations and waiting on electrician , but unit can be viewed .
