About this homestay
Hello, let me describe the house I have for you. It’s next door to mine so I can provide and advise you about getting around Christchurch and where the nearest great coffee is!
The pets are not in the house available but very close.
Close to uni shops and bus stops .catch a bus to central city or Riccarton. Or walk to local cafes or a dairy for an ice cream.
It has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite and a new queen bed, plus a heat pump. .
The other downstairs bedroom has a heat pump too and a double bed. This person uses the shared bathroom which has a wall mounted fan heater, a bath and a shower.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms but no beds in there yet.
There is a large lounge, with a sofa, and a heat pump. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. I prefer to hand wash dishes myself especially at the sink there as it looks into a deck and trees.
I could write a lot more but I need to add photos which shows the rooms empty but I’ve got the new beds I just need to unpack and assemble them. I will photograph them soon. Please use your imagination!
The other important point is- the rooms are available in about a week so nearer the end of September until early January 2027.
