Homestay in Fendalton

Hello, let me describe the house I have for you. It’s next door to mine so I can provide and advise you about getting around Christchurch and where the nearest great coffee is!

Close to uni shops and bus stops .catch a bus to central city or Riccarton. Or walk to local cafes or a dairy for an ice cream.

It has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite and a new queen bed, plus a heat pump. This room is taken now. .

The other downstairs bedroom has a heat pump too and a double bed. This room is taken now. This person uses the shared bathroom which has a wall mounted fan heater, a bath and a shower.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One has a new double bed and a door out to the upstairs deck.
The other room is very large as it was a studio. There is no bed in there and the thought is if the person in the upstairs bedroom needs an office to work from home they could use this room.

There is a large lounge, with a sofa, and a heat pump. The kitchen has a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. An oven, a microwave, a toaster, a jug, a toastie maker, etc there’s a washing machine in the laundry.
I could write a lot more but I need to add photos which shows some of the house.
The other important point is- the one room left is available now until mid January 2027.
