King Single bedroom ( furnished with KS bed) room available, in a cosy 3 bed character cottage. Share with one young working female and one working male. Separate lounge, dining and large kitchen. On two bus routes Orbiter and #8 which goes to the north of the city, the Airport Lyttelton and the City Centre. Close to the city, parks, river walks, hill tracks and cafes. Opawa Mall, with all amenities a 5 minute walk. Off-street is double glazed, centrally heated and fully insulated. The vibe is quiet with occasional table games nights.
