Homestay in Christchurch Central City

My Daughter is 17 about to turn 18 and is moving from home into a newly built town house, so I am (alongside her); looking for a suitable flat mate, who is motivated, organised, active, clean living, and positive about life.

Both upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms, living downstairs, fully furnished with new furnishings, and a spa pool outside.

location; 5mins from CDB, 9mins to University, 8mins to Ara, 16mins to Airport - bus stop and e scooters outside property, so built with the intention of being low maintenance, central, convenient and provide ease of living and a home sanctuary for busy people, that need peace and comfort at the end of a day.

I am flexible about living term, and negotiable for the right person. We are a supportive whanau (family), so would like someone who is independent, has good family values who we would treat as an extension of our whanau and be a positive influence living alongside my daughter who has 2 friendly cats she care for - reach out if this sounds like you!
