5 minutes walk to New World, 2 minutes to Waltham pool, on bus route to ARA / town center or 5 minute drive to ARA.

Must be tidy and respectful. Female preferred.

Open plan lounge, kitchen, dinning, small but tidy and homely. Large back yard with small deck, patio, vegetable garden and grassed area.
