WARM + SUNNY COTTAGE: We are a family here in Bishopdale, Christchurch, with three kids, a dog and two cats. We have a gorgeous little cottage at the back of our property that has a large furnished room with a bathroom. We have had a boarder stay with us for a year and they are leaving at the end of November so the room would be available from then. We are close to the airport, shops, 10 min to the city and close to bus transport.

The board CAN include meals/ food and can be negotiable. Laundry and kitchen space is in the main house. We are looking for an easy going tenant, ideally a young student or someone similar.
