Warm, cosy room available in a 2 bedroom unit close to town. King mattress and side table provided, BIR. 20 min walk to town, close to Edgeware shops, cafe, butchery, pub. Room for a bike and luggage in garage. I have a long haired cat Alfie who is friendly and vocal.

I’m a full time teacher, 8-4 weekdays. Flexible on providing meals. Basic breakfast cereal. Toast, coffee tea etc.

Looking for non-smoker, easygoing, good communicator, respectful, prefer short term stay as this is the first time I’ve lived alone.
