1 warm and cosy room available in a quiet 2 bedroom unit close to town. Queen bed, side table, 4 cube bookcase provided, BIR. 20 min walk to town, close to Edgeware shops, cafe, butchery, pub. Room for a bike and luggage in garage. Street parking, security camera, back section of 4 townhouses. I have a long haired cat Alfie who is friendly and vocal, albeit a bit of a jerk, do as cats do.

I’m a teacher, away 8-4 weekdays. All amenities included, except food. Flexible on providing meals for the right situation.
