One room available - large sunny room ($250 p/w wifi included, power shared, $500 deposit - 1 week bond a week in advance rent ). Modern kitchen, open plan living. Parking on Montreal Street. Opposite Mitre 10 Mega Sydenham. furnished room but could be unfurnished if desired. Minimum stay of 3 months, 1 week rent and 1 week bond to be paid before moving in. Please text if interested. Must be working or student. Bus stops are nearby too.
