Homestay in AVONHEAD

We are a married couple (40 and 45) Mandarin and English speakers, looking to host International or domestic students, and working professionals.

We have two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, one double and one queen room available.

Included in the price listed:
# Fully furnished room (incl. bedding, towels, bedside table, lamp, desk)
# Power/Gas & internet.
# Meals (breakfast & dinner) can be provided for an additional fee.
# Washing and cleaning
# The home is majority double glazed and insulated, heated by a log burner with additional heating in each room when required.
# Happy to pick up from the Airport if requested.

Transport Options
# We have two bus stops, Staveley Street or Withells Road, which are 2 - 4 minutes walk away.
# Close to Avonhead Mall, convenient for your shopping needs. Within 2 minute drive or nice 10 minute walk.
# 10 minute bike ride or 5 minutes by car to the Canterbury University campus.
