We have a five bedroom house with king single room ($200pw) available, and a double room ($220pw), with a shared bathroom and toilet (until 7 Aug 2021 and after 25 Aug 2021). Both overlook the large yard and pool area. Another double room (pictured Eastview) is currently occupied by a long term boarder. One other vacant room upstairs is reserved for family guests including grandchildren, mostly in the school holidays. When unoccupied, any of these rooms can be used for extra quiet space - perhaps for study.

Downstairs features a large kitchen and dining area, two lounges, laundry, another shared bathroom with a separate toilet. Our bedroom is also downstairs. We have a large pool, a few chickens, and several private and restful nooks around the house and garden.

My husband, Keith, and I both work part time, and dedicate the rest of our time to our family, church, and home. However, when we can, we play: Keith loves fishing and hunting. I'm into creative stuff like craft, music, and woodwork. Dinner is served around 6pm every night. The pantry and refrigerator are stocked for you to help yourself to breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

We are minutes away from beach, forest, river, city, malls, buses, motorways, hospital, schools, QEII gym and aqua facilities.

We purchased our home 'as is' and there is earthquake damage beneath the ground under the house. We have lived here three years with no concerns and love to share the property with others when we can.

We would require a key bond of $80 on arrival, and there is a simple contract to keep everybody safe.

We hope to help people enjoy their surroundings here.
