We have one available queen room ($220 per week) and a single room (200) in our home. Upstairs are four guest rooms with a shared bathroom. One is currently occupied by a male boarder in his fifties. The fourth room upstairs is in a separate wing and will be used for family guests including grandchildren, mostly in the school holidays.

Downstairs features a large kitchen and dining area, two lounges, laundry, another shared bathroom with a separate toilet. We currently have a large pool, a few chickens, and several private and restful nooks around the house and garden.

My husband, Keith, and I both work part time, and dedicate the rest of our time to our family, church, and home. However, when we can, we play: Keith loves fishing and hunting. I'm into creative stuff like craft, music, and woodwork. We currently host two male boarders and one female. Dinner is served around 6pm every night. The pantry and refrigerator are stocked for you to help yourself to breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

We are minutes away from beach, forest, river, city, malls, buses, motorways, hospital, schools, QEII gym and aqua facilities.

We purchased our home 'as is' and there is earthquake damage that is almost unnoticeable to the eye. The unseen damage in beneath the ground under the house. We have lived here three years with no concerns and love to share the property with others when we can.

Finally, for tracking and security reasons, we would require to take a photo and receive a key bond of $80 on arrival.

We hope to help people enjoy their surroundings here.
