The space

Newly built home with this lovely 1 double bed room, desk and chair. Large wardrobe and access to main bathroom and toilet. You will have use of the main bathroom and toilet 99% of the time as we use our own ensuite. Bathroom amenities includes clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and hair dryer.

Breakfast (cereal, toast, milk), will be provided. Rent includes internet. Power and gas will be shared 3 ways
(Additional meals can be provided at an additional cost- please ask, mainly Asian cooking )
Street parking only.

You will be sharing the home with my partner and myself.
Airport pickup possible for a fee- Prior arrangement only.

Overall, this is a lovely, super clean, quiet & well-located place- ideal for student who need a beautiful, clean room to sleep and shower in (listing only for 1 person)
