Lovely modern 3 bedroom home to share with easy going married Kiwi couple (both 40) and a teenage daughter.
Looking for someone confident with dogs as we have 2 high energy ones (border collie and springer spaniel) friendly but jumpy.
We also have a cat and a rabbit.
Own room with single bed, drawers, a desk and chair. Shared amenities.
Quiet cul-de-sac with lake and reserve across the road. Bus stop 2 minute walk away - one bus to city centre. Close to shops and library and outdoor pool open summer months.
