Married professional couple living in brand new house in new sub division with 3 cats. Looking for clean & friendly person to rent spare room. Room comes with double bed, Bed linen, flat screen TV , built in wardrobes (inc side cabinets) & your own separate bathroom.
Included in the rent price is unlimited fibre broadband, SKY TV (inc sky sports), Netflix, Lightbox.
Christchurch city center is 20 min drive but there is a bus that goes in hourly as well. Lincoln University is 10 mins drive away but there is a bus service to & from there daily. Rolleston township is a 15 min walk to the shops, coffee shops, bars & library.
