Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minute walk to bus stop. $245 per week, which includes the room, unlimited internet, power, basic food, including food in the garden. You will be sharing the bathroom with the female owner. My son is in the other bedroom with his own ensuite.
We have a lovely cat.
