Hi there, we have a large home in a nice neighbourhood. We are close to Canterbury University, and the bus stops just outside our door. The room is actually 2 upstairs, one is the bedroom, and next to it is a large study lounge with desk and comfy chairs. We also have a beautiful river flowing past our back garden
