We are late middl aged couple (60&65) from Japan.
Recently came back from Japan.
We have lived in NZ for more than 30 years (we have a house in Auckland)
and looking for a place to stay in CHCH for couple months in Cashmere & Somerfield area especially.
We are flatting in Ilam for $230(include power no meals) at the moment by 28th of July.
So we need to find new place after the period.
We appreciate if you can give us affordable price(between 230-250).
We will always keep our room clean and tidy.
We are willing to help your gardening as well, if you need it!
