We are in our early 60’s and living in Christchurch since 2003. Respectful, clean, friendly and trustworthy couple, originally from Malaysia. Had worked with USA Multi-Corporation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 36 years.

Our 4-room town house is located in Wigram Skies and within walking distance to The Landing, New World Supermarket, eateries and bus stands. Currently, we have an international PHD student at Canterbury University from Seoul as our house guest. He is polite, respectful, clean and tidy. He is renting one of our rooms for a year.
